El Hena is the resort’s main restaurant, a sprawling buffet eatery that faces out over the resort’s swimming pool, lush gardens and lake and allows you to feast on resplendent international spreads at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The veggies, spices and other ingredients are locally sourced, and one of the cooks even hails from the neighbouring village. -
Panthaliya
With a name that translates as ‘village chalice’, Panthaliya is an ultra-classy a la carte restaurant that offers delectable all-day dining from 10am to 6:30pm. There is an impressive snack menu to choose from, as well as an array of refreshing hot and cold beverages, and the selection of mains includes such tantalising delights as braised wild chicken and pan-fried lake fish fillet served with herb rice.
