Room Types

There are 248 charming guestrooms available for you to choose from at La Pirogue, housed in rustic thatched cottages surrounded by verdant gardens on the shore.

Beach Pavilion

Measuring a spacious 35sqm in size, these tastefully furnished individual pavilions are nestled just a stone’s throw from the beach, providing easy access to the tranquil azure waters of the lagoon. Each room comes with a private terrace, gleaming modern bathroom, mini bar and free WiFi access.
Garden Bungalow

These 25sqm semi-detached thatched roof bungalows offer an enchanting haven in which to unwind. Each one comes with plush bedding, vibrant décor, and its own furnished terrace facing out over the gardens and coconut palm plantation.
Deluxe Beach Family Pavilion

Measuring a grand total of 70sqm, this form of accommodation consists of two well-appointed connecting pavilions, with a king-sized bed and two single beds. Each pavilion comes with its own private facilities such as a gleaming modern bathroom and terrace.
Garden Family Bungalow

Ideal for families, each of these lodgings consists of two connecting garden bungalows, each equipped with a plush king-sized bed, and individual bathrooms and terraces. Premium Garden Bungalow

Relax on your Mauritius holiday in the semi-dethatched bungalows offering a tranquil hideaway, which is located far from the main building, overlooking the sea from the private furnished terrace. Senior Suite Pavilions

These lavish 78sqm pavilions are the pinnacle of luxury at La Pirogue. Housed in individual thatched roof pavilions on the ground floor, they include one plush king-sized bed and two single beds and such must-have luxuries at 60” LCD flat-screen TVs, mini bars and tea/coffee makers.

A stay at La Pirogue wouldn’t be complete without at least one trip to the superlative wellness facility known as Aura Spa. Ideally situated in the middle of the resort’s lush tropical gardens, Aura offers the perfect setting for an indulgent pampering, whether you opt for a session in the hammam, a soothing massage or facial, or a makeover in the well-appointed hair salon. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a dedicated Shiatsu treatment zone and a martial arts area where adherents of kickboxing, Taebo, karate and Judo can hone their moves.

Outdoors, guests keen on maintaining their fitness can also improve their game on 6 floodlit artificial grass tennis courts, or perhaps try an archery lesson or a thrilling mountain bike excursion.
