Room Types

The Nikki Beach Hotel & Resort has cutting edge architecture and design features. There are 117 rooms and suites plus 15 deluxe villas and 63 lifestyle residences so it is the perfect choice whether you are a couple wanting to enjoy a romantic break in Dubai together or are a group of friends or a family wanting to relax and have fun in the sunshine.

The rooms have all been designed with relaxation in mind as they are coloured in white and light wood with blue highlights. Their unique features include the entertainment system and interactive TV and guests are encouraged to relax with the customisable MyBar and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a pillow menu for the bed and lovely oversized bathrooms with complimentary luxury amenities for relaxing too. There is air conditioning and complimentary Wi Fi throughout.

Covet Room

This lovely relaxing room has 55 sq m of floor space for comfort. There is a comfortable living area with floor to ceiling sliding windows leading out onto the private balcony. The king sized bed is extremely comfortable and the en suite has a walk-in shower and over sized bath tub for wonderfully relaxing moments.
Luux Room

The stylish 64 sq m rooms offer views of the sea and skyline are the perfect romantic hideaway. This room has a king bed with sea views and has sliding doors that lead to the lovely balcony which is furnished with a sofa, chairs and table. Inside is a comfortable living area and stylish bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower.
Signature Suite

This lovely suite is both spacious and very comfortable with 81 sq m. There are great views of the dramatic skyline with a spacious living area with sofa and an attractive dining table with chairs. There is a king size bed or twin beds and interconnecting suites are available for families.
Ocean Luux Suite

This corner 100 sqm suite has floor to ceiling sliding windows that lead out onto the covered balcony/ terrace. Inside is a large living area with sofas and a dining area and a privacy wall and archway that leads into the bedroom with king or twin beds. The elegant bathroom has twin vanity basins, an oversized bathtub and walk-in shower.
Ultra Suite

Situated on the top floor of the hotel, enjoy stunning sea views from your furnished balcony. With 137 sq m, it is spacious and comfortable with a living area and dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds and the spacious bathroom has bathtub and walk-in shower.
Ultimate Suite

Located on the top floor with stunning views to be enjoyed from the floor to ceiling sliding windows leading onto the furnished balcony. Enjoy comfy living inside with a living area and master bedroom which has a king size bed and the second bedroom which has twin beds. The bathroom features a bathtub and monsoon rain shower.
Nikki Beach Pool Villa

Uniquely designed with a huge private outdoor area, these villas offer a relaxing sanctuary with a large day bed over the private pool as well as an outdoor dining area and rain shower. Inside (170 sq m) is a furnished living area with dining area. There are 2 bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with twin beds.
Ultimate Beach Villa

This villa offers the ultimate wow factor in Dubai with expansive outdoor living space. There are huge floor to ceiling sliding doors that lead into the beautiful indoor living area (327 sq m) plus a second dining area. There are three bedrooms, and a 24 hour in-house host and private chef to make your stay extra special.

Facilities

What a wonderful place to simply relax! The Nikki Beach /resort & Spa has an over-sized leisure pool with a swim up bar, sunbeds and both open and enclosed cabanas. There is a four-tier shisha terrace and the Nikki Privé – a stylish lounge on the first floor.

For deep relaxation there is the lovely Nikki Spa, which offers a range of gorgeous treatments and has a hammam, sauna, ice fountain and vitality pool. Treatments for couples can be arranged.

There are a range of fun water sports available too and if you haven't tried them before, good tuition is available. These include Surfing, kayaking, SUP, fly boarding and jet skiing. All this and the excitement of Dubai with its prestigious shopping malls and water parks on your doorstep too!

Café Nikki

Offering great all day dining this urban bistro uses the best fresh and responsibly sourced ingredients. Many of the meals are baked in its fabulous stone oven. Enjoy St Tropez Brunch every Friday that is really popular because it is seriously good!
Key West

This is a lovely relaxing eatery, which begins the day with an excellent breakfast. Lunch and dinner are vibrant and Caribbean in style – infused with Latin tastes. The result is excellent tropical flavours with a twist that can be enjoyed listening to the regular Caribbean jam session.
Soul Lounge

If you just fancy a creative light bite with a refreshing drink or hand crafted cocktail, this is the place for you and at sundown, the tempo changes as the DJ begins the evening's entertainment.
